The last stretch of college

I guess i might as well throw all the pictures i took in the past month or so.

Spring is nice, check out these trees. not sure what they are, but they bloom for like 2 days a year.

We had initiation for my frat...

Last week was my birthday. Bearkitty threw me a surprise party at the bars and most of the kids in my frat showed up. So did shirley, jc and mark. i was touched. and then i went out to dinner with kimberly at my fav restaurant.

Then it was slope day, the last day of class where everyone gets really drunk and listen to music on the slope. i got soaked by my friends.

these are pictures from hksa end of year dinner. it was the first time i saw jmui cry. very touching night in general, other than the fact that they voted me as the person most likely to marry a rich girl for money.

Then shit kind of went down...

so i got fired from my first job before i even started. They called me Monday and told me that the economy is bad and they are firing people blah blah blah...

"It is great that you are telling me on my birthday."
"Oh i am sorry, i hate to do that," said this guy apologetically.
"It was actually last week, but that doesnt make me feel any better."
"You are being reasonable with this, you know?" he said as a compliment.
"Oh, i just don't know how to react now. but wait till i get myself together. you will not like the next phone call you get from me."

Then he realized it was probably best that he hang up.

I wasn't even that upset, and i take it as a sign that maybe i am not meant to be an engineering. The only upsetting thing about this is that i now have to look for another job. And finals are conveniently happening this week also. But it's okay, i can blow all my finals because i am a senior and i already have a job.

oh wait, i don't anymore.

so i talked to meow and he is trying to hook me up with a job with renewable energy, which is actually something i am really interested in. we will see how that go.
